Assetto Corsa Telemetrick
Full-featured Telemetry for beginners and pros!
“Everyone thinks that it’s just a game and it’s fun, easy going. But I would say the competition is just as hard or even harder to win than in real life.” Max Verstappen on sim racing via The Athletic

- Export over 180 data channels to Motec or CSV for any car.
- Export math channel for gear ratios, weather, car weight, wheelbase, etc...
- Supports recent cars with Lua CSP car scripts. Any car can add its own channels (some included in-app).
- Automatically generate fake stint for outer and inner lines lap: Generate an exact Motec Trackmap in a few click!
- Provided with custom Motec Workspace.
- AcViewer: Built-in AC Telemetry Viewer (doesn't requires Motec).
- AcViewer Telemetry Exchange. Easely share telemetry with others to compare yourself and find lap time!
- Supports AC modes: Practice, Hotlap, Race, Track Day, Weekend.
- Supports Hill Climb / Rally Stage tracks.
- Supports AC Pro (No telemetry exchange).
- Race Mode: No stint cut in race during pit stops (one full race file).
- Exports car setup in both CSV and Motec files, ready to compare between stints!
- Compare car setup inside the app, and merge some specific values!
- Video synchronization into Motec with OBS Studio integration.
- Displays pit stop and pit lane time in the app when exiting the pit lane.
- Custom naming conventions for telemetry folders and filenames. Name and save files as needed.
- Can change the driver name to sort/separate exported files (useful for shared sim rigs).
- Add your own custom data into Motec/CSV file.
- Manually save or discard current stint in the app.
- Mark button with a shortcut defined in the app or Extended Control app.
- Automatically or manually load exported stint into Motec and/or switch to Motec from the app.
- Fully customizable live tracing module, with live comparison with acViewer file.
- Keep a Track Note per track.
- Keep a Car Note per car.
- Evolutive: Fully open-source with all accessible code. Anyone can enhance, adapt, and fix bugs. Easy to add converters for other file formats/data visualization tools.

Motec exporter files can be read by MoTeC's i2 software for analysis. i2 (Standard / Pro) is available for free on MoTeC's website, to be used with their ECU and data loggers. MoTeC has no affiliation with Assetto Corsa nor Telemetrick, please do not ask them for support.

Notes
- Capturing exiting Assetto Corsa session is actually not totally reliable, so here are a few advice:
- In all sessions but Race, going back to pit (or teleport to) will save the current stint if there is at least one full lap. So, in Practice / Hotlap / Track Day modes, going back to pit before exiting session will automatically save stint.
- For offline Race or Weekend, it's better to enable CSP / New AI Behavior / AI race cooldown lap option. It will make saving stint at the end of the race more reliable (automatic, 1s after passing finish line).
- In Race session, if you retire, you can manually save stint in the app. Stint will always be saved (valid) even without lap to allow analysis of race start or T1 incident.
- Hill Climb / Rally stage: stint is automatically saved when passing finish line.
What it does NOT
- Log Motec/CSV for other AI cars.
- Log Motec/CSV for other cars online.
Very few values are available anyway for other cars. Your best option is comparing speed traces provided by online servers (/lapstat), ask buddies for their Motec files or use Telemetry Exchange. STR doesn't have full VER telemetry, bro!

Beta
Public Beta version and Release Candidate are accessible on Discord channels. These have been tested internally by a small team of betatesters and should be safe, please report any problem on Discord. This doc may include some features from actual public beta version.
Why the Telemetrick app?
I started sim racing in mid-2023 with Assetto Corsa and wanted to learn as much as I could. I used the old ACTI MoTeC exporter, which helped a lot, but I wanted more — greater customization, more channels, and proper car setup data in MoTeC.
I started writing scripts to automate setup sheets and other tasks. As newer cars with Lua scripts began providing even more data, it became clear that ACTI couldn’t be enhanced any further. That’s when I found the sim-to-MoTeC LD file parser. After a few successful tests, I shared early versions with friends, gathered ideas, made improvements, and here we are.
Telemetrick is simply a fun student project for motorsport fans. I love driving and coding — that’s it. No affiliation, nothing commercial, no personnal data collected!
